Park Hollow

We have been living here for a little over 3 years. The first two years or so were magical, but management changed in March 2025 and it’s not been the same since. The last straw for me was today. Management authorized the front desk person to not only let a process server into our otherwise secure building, but to (presumably) tell the process server—who did not know our apartment number because it was not listed on the subpoena—WHICH unit we live in. So not only can I not recommend living here, I must advise anyone reading this review to RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Management has no concern for your privacy or security. They’ll let anyone who asks inside the building AND apparently they’ll tell them where you live even if they don’t already know. Needless to say, we will not be renewing

Today my spouse and I were served at our apartment—which requires three fob swipes to get to—by a process server. The subpoenas he served us with did not list our apartment number. Building management not only allowed this process server into our building, they presumably told him where we live. I do not recommend living here if you care about privacy or security.

Park Hollow is such a beautiful community! The team is exceptional and always strives for excellence. The homes are beautiful and spacious.

Park Hollow community is a pure luxury residential enclave in Preston Hollow - Dallas. Exceptionally well-maintained grounds and facilities, on site outstanding property manager and leasing agent who cannot do enough for their tenants. Maintenance team is friendly and always attentive within 24hrs or less and usually same day service for everything! Units are top of the line, quiet, luxurious and safe. 5 Star living each and every day.

Safe, beautiful, well maintained, the office staff is great, maintenance is always kind to us. Incredible appliances, beautiful flooring, crown molding, high quality carpet, giant bedrooms and giant closets. This is the most luxurious and wonderful place I've ever lived in ever. There is a park within walking distance. No cons. Don't listen to the snoody Karens who have nothing better to do than complain.
