Lisa is by far the most rude and unprofessional person i have ever encountered. While looking at a property for my wife and I, she took every opportunity to be disrespectful to her and I. Gave very little information on the property and was more focused on belittling the both of us. Had to walk out on our tour which I assume was a relief for someone who so obviously does not care about her job. This is my first and only review i've ever had to leave and just based on this interaction, I wanted to give a fair warning to anyone who this could potentially happen to in the future.

Was told they would call back in a few days n they never did, I call back and apparently the unit I wanted is unavailable. Horrible customer service who answered the phone. Talks to you like you’re delusional. Acted like I never called n she never told me to wait for a call back. Very unprofessional. A hint of racism in her tone also. When I spoke to her originally she was very excited about the prospect of me moving in and my credentials. 4 days later I’m apparently chopped liver? What changed? If I could give even a worse review I would but 1 start l is all I’m allowed. Please do not deal with these people.

Had an awful experience with Lisa. She was so RUDE to my daughter. My daughter called 3 Times between 1-2pm on Saturday To see the apartment and had to leave messages. Lisa returned the call Sunday night and my daughter expressed interest in the apartment and Wanting to set up a time, but Lisa was more concerned about talking about her personal issues. We finally settled on seeing the apartment tues 7/23 at 1pm. My daughter received a text at 12:15pm Tuesday 7/23 saying she rented the apartment to someone else. I was already on my way and didn’t see the message until I was parked out front of apartment. She was very rude in her text. I called her and told her I was also interested and didn’t appreciate this and she began to yell at me to not speak to her in that tone. She preceded

New review: Dropping down to 1/5. I wish I could do 0/5. The daughter of the owners was beyond rude to my wife any time she was around and near the end of our lease. We needed to move out because we finally got a house. We gave them a few weeks notice, not a full 30 days but enough for them to do any sort of paper work, since our contract didn't say we needed to give a 30 day notice. Well after we told them they threatened to keep our full deposit because we "breached" our contract even though our 30 day notice was not applicable because we were living month to month and not a yearly lease. We purchased our home with Lisa and couldn’t be happier. She helped us get situated and even helped us with the clean up in and outside of the house. We had a great experience purchasing a home from park hill realty. If you want a straight to the point no BS answer she is the person you need to hire.
