I loveeeee Missy. she is always making sure that we are good, and she never has a problem with anything that we ask for. out of my two years of living here, i would say i have never felt better being apart of this community. i definitely would recommend, especially for the awesome customer service!!!

Missy has been the best Mgr since RJ left! I love her to death! She is ultra professional & always makes sure any problem at my apartment are handled in a timely fashion. She's the best!!

I've lived here for about 1.5 years. Missy, Olivia, and the maintenance staff are excellent. Very responsive, reliable and professional. The owners seem committed to keeping this one of the most affordable apartments in the area, and keeping everything maintained to the best of their ability. It's refreshing to deal with an apartment that isn't run by a mega corporation that is only interested in making money for a few years and then selling the property off. The staff and owners seem committed to keeping this a nice place to live. I've had a family member move in to the complex because they liked my apartment so much. Living here has been the best! From transparency, to being offered guidance, to transferring with ease, I truly feel supported and welcomed in every way! The staff here is amazing. They’re doing a fantastic job because I know this type of work isn’t easy and it’s often easy to let things slip by without people feeling appreciated. I appreciate Olivia and all the hard work she does. I appreciate Missy and all the hard work she does as well. I appreciate our maintenance crew for dealing with all the random craziest things to fix especially in this heat! You just can’t beat the prices and you just can’t beat the safe environment!

Missy @ Park Heights Apartments is one of the most incredible people I have ever crossed paths with. She goes above & beyond to ensure the safety & security of the residents here. If you submit a maintenance request to her, it's completed that day or the followimg morning. I would recommend people to move here, but only if they can carry on the friendly, cleanliness, and the neighborly behavior of those already here! Thanks Park Heights for making my stay here a positive memorable one!
