Park Hacienda Apartments

Park Hacienda Staff are always so warm and welcoming whenever you need assistance or just in general! I have to shout out Nicoya, Carlos and Kevin as they truly make my visits into the office and calls not so aggravating! The Staff hosts tons of Resident Social events for things like Mothers/Father’s Day that are so much fun! The complex is always cleaned and maintained regularly and the units are super spacious with high ceilings and great amenities! Pricing is competitive and offers so much more than other apartment complexes within the area. I have lived here now for 2 going on 3 years and have enjoyed every moment!

I’m very disappointed with the complete lack of security measures at Park Hacienda Apartments. A car in the community had all four tires stolen right in front of the leasing office and I learned there are no security cameras anywhere on the property, not even near the office. When I raised my concerns with management, I was told, “We do not sell security,” with a very dismissive attitude and they told me that there are no plans to install cameras or take additional safety measures. For the price residents pay here, I expected at least basic efforts to deter crime and protect tenants’ property. If safety and accountability matter to you, I would think carefully before choosing this place.

I’ve been living at Park Hacienda Apartments in Pleasanton for the past three months, and my experience so far has been very nice. The community is well maintained, and quiet. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Be prepared to pay an additional $200 a month above your rent. Why. Great Question. In addition to your rent, we are required to pay a portion of the complex water, waste water, and trash removal. YES - that SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN RENT. The complex has NO financial pressure to find the best cost for trash removal, keeping sprinkler heads replace, making sure complex toilets don't continuing to flow because of their poor maintenance! For reference - home owners in Pleasanton pay on average $35 a month for trash. As you can see I am paying around $80.00 per month! How Park Hacienda justify this - is unclear. I am living at Park Hacienda for one year and couldn't be happier. The management team is incredibly professional and responsive. Especially the compliance manager Tanya who genuinely cares about the residents. Location is perfect-walking distance to shopping and hospitals. Highly recommend this place!
