Park Crest Commons

We have lived at park crest for over 4 years. The staff is fantastic. Anytime there is an issue it is usually resolved with in days which is great. Our microwave went out and they had it replaced within a day. We absolutely love it here. They also allow pets with no restrictions which is great for our Siberian husky! We plan on staying here for a while it’ll be hard to leave this place.

I absolutely love living at Parkcrest Commons! The community is beautiful and so well maintained. The team here is amazing — every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been fixed right away, and they’re always friendly and helpful. I also love that they’re pet-friendly and welcome my German Shepherds — it means so much to find a place that truly feels like home for all of us! Highly recommend!

We live here for 5 years now and we continue to stay here because the management are always courteous 🤩and have many events for everyone to enjoy and participate in and the 🤙🏽maintenance are the best, if you have something to get done its done very quick, Overall, the Communication is the 🥰best with the staff here and dog friendly too.

We have been living at Park Crest Commons for a year now and absolutely love it. Renewing our lease was a no brainer. The landscape is well kept and clean with lots of grass to roam in. The staff are so kind and friendly as well. We appreciate that they always have fun activities for the community: goodies for our dog, gifts delivered to our door, butterfly release, scavenger hunts, chances to win prizes, and more! Best of all, our apartment is beautiful, renovated, and spacious. We feel very safe here and the location is so convenient. We lived at Park Crescent when we first moved here a year ago, and we were not able to see the community or apartment in person before signing the lease since we came from out of state. That is not something I would do again just for my own peace of mind, but Rachel in the office went above and beyond to show us pictures of the unit and helped us get a sense of the community before we arrived. She was incredibly attentive and helpful the entire time we lived there; she is truly one of the greatest property managers I’ve ever met! The maintenance crew is also fantastic and were very quick with the few maintenance requests we had during our lease. They also keep the grounds beautiful and spotless.
