I want to take a moment to recognize the reception staff at Parkcrest Apartments especially Ana Torres. They are always welcoming, professional. However Mrs.Torres has always been very attentive to my family’s needs. Every time I walk in, she greets me with a smile, and she goes above and beyond to help with any issues we have in our apartment, and or any questions I might have. Her efficiency creates a warm and safe atmosphere that makes the building feel like home and I really have enjoyed living here I sincerely appreciate her efforts and believe she plays an essential role in making this community such a wonderful place to live. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you

the father of my child live here to begin he told me what a nightmare it’s been living here his apartment got flooded for the 2 time after they renovated the apartment and the first flood last year but that’s not the worst part th neighbors try to be nice at first and then they act all hostile the took them 2 days till the management came and check it out still i advise u spend ur money somewhere else for the price for no peace of mind
