Ali the maintenance worker was able to quickly attended to my service request and replaced both of the lights that had went out in my apartment quickly. He is always friendly when there is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Angie and Gail are just THE BEST here at park creek. They make sure to answer ALL questions and are very helpful. Very courteous and so welcoming. They made my apt hunting experience one I’ll never forget. Thank you ladies 😇🙏🏽

Fixed my shelf promptly after I put in the order. Laid the clothes that were on the shelf below on a table so they wouldn’t get dirty with drywall dust. Excellent service as always here!

Don't move in here, save yourself! I had made a review saying this complex cares about its residents. I have learned today that that is far from the truth. Since I have no voice and my opinion doesn't matter, I'm just seen as a $1,400 sum that I pay for a 1 bedroom 1 bath. I'll tell you right here, right now: don't move in here. There are way better properties that treat their residents way better. Oh yeah, and the WiFi sucks, and they claim it's not their fault, but you're not allowed to have any WiFi except Zentro. So, unless you like throwing your money away, live somewhere else. (BTW HELLA MOLD- and they’ll say it’s your fault- meanwhile all they do is paint over it) Resigning my lease here was a mistake. I know I sound like a 'Karen,' but this is what management has pushed me to do. S

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Excellent staff in offices and quick maintenance service. In particular I love pets, but not all tenants respect the rule regarding cleanliness. And unfortunately the pool is almost always dirty. The gym is small but effective. I like living here.
