Park City Townhomes Apartments

I’ve lived here for 5 years. First 3 were fine until this new management came in and tore the neighborhood to shit. Trash never gets picked up, service requests never get answered , and front office always making general threats to EVERYONE EVERY WEEK!! With charges for the most ridiculous things. Almost like they are upset they can’t control you. Black mold from a water pipe started forming over our dining table on the kitchen ceiling with multiple requests (documented) to come fix it. BLACK MOLD!!!! And still Nothing! Stay away from this place by all means! God forbid you have disgustingly bad neighbors who get a roach infestation which inevitably affects your unit (which I found out MOST tenants/units have gone through) They will do nothing and say there nothing they can do. I drove by Park City Townhomes after passing it many times and finally decided to check it out. Lisa in the office was about to go to lunch, but she still offered to give me a tour- so thoughtful and appreciated! The townhomes are very spacious, especially the kitchen and the pool that is 7ft deep was a plus for me. I had to look just in case my decision to move closer to work and I can recommend this place to someone that I know that needs to move asap.

The new manager Lisa is awesome! She has made many changes & is always ready to help with any issues that come about. I am happy to call this home. Thank you Lisa for everything you do.

when we first moved in 2 years ago it wasn’t too bad just had roach problems. now with the new management they don’t care at all. maintenance requests never get filled and just get marked completed. both our bathroom sinks faucets run when they are off and now we don’t have any running water upstairs. we’ve had the ceiling fall in the living room and then another leak from the toilet upstairs. the floor is peeling in the kitchen. we can’t use our dryer because they won’t come and clean out the ventilation system so if we use it we run the risk of a fire. would not recommend

I have been here for 2 years now and I have not had the best experiences with the office staff. We finally got a new office manager and I LOVE HER!! She understands life and will try her best to work with you especially if you do your part. She doesn't hound you or threaten your place every time your late however we all know the consequences. Im glad we finally have good management and the property stays clean. 10/10 I have no complaints.
