Park Cherokee Apartments

i only lived here for the location was nearby the redline metro rail. i could also walk to la fitness. the apt is very very small. you will have no space hardly any kitchen, bathroom space or storage. i left la gladly as prices went sky high and way to much homeless and crime!! there are also roaches in the apt and ive seen many people leaving moving in and then out because of it. the landlord blames you but the bugs live in the apt. i havnt had the problem contine luckily in my apt i choose to leave before the summer time for this reason since it seems worst then!! even before i left i saw the pest person coming by every few weeks. hed come spray and the bugs just came back. landlord also dose something shady taking out normal ware and tare of my deposit 150 for painters she has co

I’m gonna say it’s safe to assume the property deals with bugs/roaches. I saw two units & inquired and I got a response up until I asked about roaches, then I was ignored, reached out again after that & nothing. Great prices but the layout is god awful, the bathroom is in the kitchen for the two studio units I saw. The neighborhood looks great though & street parking is easy. If these aren’t cons for you then I understand moving in here.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but I had no choice! Horrible experience. The tour lady didn’t even bother to come up to me smh! She just said first apartment to your left #217. I’ve been seeing the advertisement for this studio apartment on this property on Zillow for quite about a few weeks now and was praying it was still available while working on getting a first time California ID. Come to find out it was 100% false advertisement. Nothing of what was posted on Zillow looked anything near what I saw. Terrible and unacceptable. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I wish I had taken footage to make comparisons smh. Would not recommend even to my worse enemy…

I live in this location is so lovely friendly I always feel save the manager was always trying to help just move because I getting a home 1998 to 2008
