Park Central apartments is a great place to live in North Hills with an amazing staff and maintenance team. The building has tons of amenities and there is a lot of great businesses in the first floor retail space as well as tons of restaurants, bars and shops nearby you can walk to. They is very helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome in your new home here and will address all concerns promptly and professionally.
I’ve only been here about three months, and unfortunately the experience has already been pretty disappointing. One of the first things I noticed is that every time I go into the leasing office, it seems like there’s a completely different staff working there. It feels like a rotating cast of employees, and many of them don’t seem to know what previous staff members promised or communicated. The amenities are another letdown. Considering the price of rent, you would expect them to be well maintained and updated, but many either don’t work properly, look worn down, or feel outdated. For a property charging luxury-level rent, the amenities definitely don’t match the price point. Construction noise has also been a constant issue. There’s frequent drilling, heavy machinery, and other activit
This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Please, if you are considering moving here, tour the property first. The facility is extremely overpriced for what you actually get, and the amenities are well below mediocre. Roaches and water bugs are a constant issue, and it makes living here feel unsanitary. Construction noise continuously throughout your shift (if you work from home definitely don’t move here!). While Alanna and the maintenance staff have been fine, some of the leasing managers have been incredibly unprofessional and disingenuous, which only adds to the frustration. For the amount you pay, you’d expect a much higher standard of living and service. There are far better options in North Hills — do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
We have lived at Park Central for almost a year now and have loved it! To start the staff is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. Anytime there is an issue of any kind they take care of it immediately. The amenities are wonderful! The pool area is so nice! It is always clean and maintained. There is, in the same area, grilling stations(1 of 2 areas), small private gazebos and plenty of chaises to lay out. There’s also a club room (1 of 2 at the community). The second club room has a pool table, game tables, coffee bar, etc. There is also and outdoor area which overlooks the park and stage where so much happens! The community really has so much…fitness room, super pet friendly , awesome residents….. I could go on and on. I didn’t even mention our apartment itself whi
I’ve lived here for several years, and it’s honestly impressive how consistently this place has gone downhill. Every time you go into the office, it feels like a brand-new cast of characters who have absolutely no idea what’s going on or what the previous staff promised. The amenities are another joke. We pay luxury prices for “features” that either don’t work, are constantly broken, or look exactly the same as they did years ago, except now more worn down. Nothing is ever upgraded, improved, or modernized. You’re essentially paying premium rent for amenities that feel like an afterthought. And let’s talk about construction. If you enjoy the soothing sounds of jackhammers, drilling, and heavy machinery directly outside your window at all hours, you’ll love it here. The constant construct
