I’m simply disgusted at the way the tenants have treated my disabled daughter. She can be rude and unfortunately it is something that therapy has not had much effect on but non the less she is a paraplegic and people must have some compassion! We’ve complained to management about the garbage situation. She’s learning to be independent and occasionally needs help with the door. People have kicked her chair and called her stupid. Some have even blamed her for leaving all the garbage in the halls but it is NOT her. I have checked and she doesn’t even know I’m writing this but I always make sure she tossed it. Just in case. And she does. She’s a good woman! She’s in her mid 20s and has a very difficult life. When I tried to voice my concerns the general manager snapped like a hyena and snarle

Great property mangers! They are really down to earth, they make sure tenants are heard and respectfully so! Shar is AWESOME! She is kind, caring, and a great asset to your company! I hope she is appreciated because it’s well deserved!

Until my issue with the illegal towing of my car or a public statement explaining the details of the contract between the towing company and the management company is clarified I won’t change this review. There’s an “addendum” in ur contract that says if ur car isn’t running it will be towed. But why? If my tire is busted and I have my car parked in a space where I pay monthly rent , in a locked “yeah right you can open it with ur hand “ gate. There should be no reason a tow truck can enter private property without signage and tow my car. Working with the city and a lawsuit is in play. Small claims so I know I’m getting paid.

Lots of things to work on. 160 tenants with just two Managers and One Maintenace guy. What can you expect. The Wisconsin Management Company is getting paid plenty from the govt for all the subsidizing apts and they’ve already booted most of the bad tenants with the exception of the 3-5th floor which smells like dog pee. Kids are unattended (and rude!) cigarette smoke coming from everywhere. Security sits and nobody supervises. no parking plus lots of fire hazards due to parking. But the two ladies working here are very pro and nice and try to do what they can.

The ladies in the office are amazing! Anything I’ve needed help with is done in a very timely manner and always very respectful! The property is always kept up I have never had any issues with anything! My kids and I feel safe any and everywhere in the building and on the premises!
