I've lived here a few months now, and this is the best complex I have ever lived in. The neighbors are so kind, they keep the hallways/sidewalks/grounds super clean, everyone picks up after their pets, it is super dog friendly, Tasha & Alyssa remember mine & my dog's name every time I see them on property, Alyssa worked with me from out of state to provide videos/parking charts to help in my decision in moving cross-country without seeing the complex first, the appliances/countertops/cabinets are brand new, the dog spa is immaculate and always fully stocked with great shampoos, the grounds are secure with no homeless people ever, the mail center is secure, the workout room has loads of options with no crowds ever, the assigned parking is close to my unit, and the solid structure (unlike th

Edit as if 7/18/25 I wanted to update that I have loved living here. I am very happy with my decision to move it. The staff are still friendly and helpful, the location beautiful and it is quiet. It's been a positive experience. ------ I recently moved into The Park Capitol Apartments on December 21st, and my experience thus far has been a happy one. Tasha from the leasing office was amazing to work with. She showed me multiple apartment options, guided me through the easy online application process, and kept in contact while I waited for approval, which made everything seamless. I moved here a year ago with a roommate, the ownership had recently changed hands so it was a little disorganized, we ended up living here for 12 months, Staff is great, helpful, nice, hard to get ahold of but overall great people. However, the processes they use and or systems they use are not so great. I was unable to log in for the first 2 months and had to come based on Cashiers checks, if there is any payment issues they are unable to see until 10-12 days later, which no email or text will post a "3 days to pay or you must vacate your apartment." one month I didnt notice I paid with the wrong account, as always checked to see if it went through, system said I didn't owe anything, left for some travel and came back the day before we were to be evicted, no email no text, just a paper

I'm a new tenant at Park Capitol and so far I enjoy it. The application process was smooth and the property manager had really good advice and was able to help us identify an apartment that fit our needs perfectly even though it wasn't the one we had initially been looking at. Moving in has been a straightforward process. I love the location. The one thing I would recommend keeping in mind is that, since the apartment complex is on Capitol Hill, there are lots of steep climbs involved when accessing the property by foot.

We read the bad reviews, but really wanted to live here because of the great location. We were searching for a six month lease beginning about 4-6 weeks out from our tour date. So we scheduled a tour, and were shown a model unit by the management staff. She seemed pleasant, and explained to us that they had a promotion happening, and I quote, "for people in your exact situation", in which you sign a lease before the end of the month, and you receive a full month of free rent. Their website also displayed this promotion, with the only details being "talk to your lease agent for info". We agreed this sounded like a great deal, and told her we would go straight home and apply - which we did. Over the next few days, while we waited for our application to be processed, I exchanged several email
