Loving my new home at Park Burton! Amazing location and great bulging. My favorite part is to finally have a balcony!!
I enjoyed my time living at Park Burton more than I thought I would after an initially rough move in. Chris, the building manager, is quick to respond to tenant complaints and issues and the units themselves are older but well maintained. The location of the building is also perfect and the one bedroom was a good size. I would recommend living here.
Chris is a great property manager! Very polite and reasonable! He makes my apartment searching and move-in efficient and smooth.
I stumbled on this property and took a tour. It's a great location next to Beverly Hills. The units are clean and nice. I highly recommend this building if uou are looking to live next to Beverly Hills.
Maryalyce was great and very helpful. The apartment had some very noticeable wear and tear and some collection of dust in certain spots and a faint smell that hasn't really dissipated since move it.
