I love ❤️ Park Ave Villas, the resident -neighbors, many of whom have become more than acquaintances and some have ended up being real friends, here over the last 10 yrs. I have loved my blessed 2 bedroom apt.from day 1 to now Everybody looks out for each other and cares about each other and the community is diversly populated. All in all i am on disability and have worked on & off but the majority of residents work hard at their jobs but still walk around saying hi or hola...with a smile that brightens. There is an atmosphere of a village here and management feels like family. I recently moved my new husband in and we love the people here and the fact that we can walk to downtown historical Winter Garden.. I trully love swimming with our neighbors and friends around. The pool is the best

First experience at this location just moving in next week maintenance man Tony was great! Fixed what I asked him to

thanks to the maintenance staff that helped with my AC problem last week Fernando Nelson Johnny everyone did a great job 100% satisfied I appreciate the lady in the office for calling the next day to make shure everything was working properly they all do shure know how to make teamwork!
