Park Avenue Villas

This property has improved so much since Melisa has been here and I really like the new maintenance person, Gregory. He is very courteous and professional, just like Melisa. The property is quiet and the location is convenient to all my favorite stores like Publix, Gov Sq Mall, Planet Fitness and Tom Brown Park. Keep up the great progress!

Doreen was the worst manager ever. Items were stolen. Roach infested. Ignored complaints. She is very unfair. She did not show the apartment prior to moving in. She took up for the stealing done by the maintenance. Apartment was in poor condition.

Park Ave Villas apartments are very nice and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and so convenient to everything. Anything you need is only a few minutes away! The management team is top notch, they really aim to please and they get things done. Melisa & Russell make a great team. A+ compared to the previous management who did nothing but collect money. I lived there for 2 years. I'd still be living there if my daughter & grands didn't have to move away out of town. My only complaint would be too many stray cats around. Otherwise Park Ave Villas was great for me.

Melisa and Gregory take great care of the property and residents. I love how quiet it is here at Park Ave Villas. I highly recommend this place to live.

This place is quiet and safe. I have lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it. I appreciate the new management team that has been here for a year and have put money into the exterior and interior of the homes, unlike the prior management. We have an awesome Courtesy Officer; I see him monitoring the community daily. Melisa and Russel keep the community clean and did a great job with adding a game room to our community. I love that I can have my furry babies here.
