Park Avenue Apartments

The management of the Park Avenue apartments in Sugarhouse is the most professional and responsive group that we have ever dealt with. The leasing office team of Alec, Sandra, and Kennedy, l and their excellent maintenance staff have helped us through two moves within the complex and have expedited every service request with speed and attention to detail. The complex is beautiful, clean, secure, and has exceptional amenities. There is a very welcoming feel in this complex, and it suits families, young adults, professionals, and college students. The location is excellent and the secure garage is a major bonus. We would look no further!

I’ve been living at my apartment complex for the past year, and my experience has been excellent. The management team has been consistently attentive and helpful, making the community feel well run and welcoming. The amenities are fantastic, offering everything I need for comfort and convenience, and they are always kept in great condition. One of the biggest highlights has been the maintenance team. They respond quickly to any requests and do a great job keeping the property in top shape. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

I’ve lived at Park Avenue Apartments for just under a year, and it’s been an amazing experience. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Sugarhouse, close to everything from restaurants to parks. The amenities really set this place apart. The pool deck feels like something you'd find at a resort, and the sky lounge offers incredible views of the city and mountains. The gym is top-notch, and maintenance is always prompt and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. There’s a great sense of community here. The neighbors are friendly, and I love seeing all the pets around the building. My 6th-floor apartment has breathtaking views of the valley and mountains, which I never get tired of. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Park Avenue to anyone looking for a place in Salt Lake City.

Had a tour here yesterday, and this property truly speaks for itself! Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The amenities and units were absolutely stunning, and the whole place gives a real sense of community. The management team was so welcoming and genuine. Alek especially stood out, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience feel effortless. Honestly, Alek alone would make me want to sign a lease here!

Beautiful, brand-new apartment building with awesome architecture. I loved the huge windows inside each apartment with great finishes: roller shades, great color scheme, high end cabinetry, top of the line appliances. Also, great common spaces with nice working from home options. The gym is huge but somehow underwhelming. Regardless, I dare say this is Sugar Houses’ best place to live. Great management team!! The bar has been set high! Look at that amazing view off the top floor??
