Park at Woodwind Lakes

Had an amazing tour with Shonteria at Park at Woodwind Lakes! She was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions especially about lease terms and utility costs. Thank you Shonteria for answering all of my questions. I loved the location because easy access to the beltway.

Best property hands down! I’ve been here for a while now and have no complaints. Shon is amazing and very helpful with anything you need.

Everything is always nice from looking in but once you are here there are so many problems. I've been here for 1 year and I hate it here. I had a water leak from the ac and water was leaking down the wall got into my TV and was told there's nothing they can do about my TV. Then water damaged the ceiling and the paint and they just left it. Then there's a huge hole I've been complaint about underneath cabinet and rats are getting in. I do not recommend this place when I do leave I will never even look over here again

I would just like to take a moment to acknowledge the maintenance here. Anytime we've had any issues, Manuel the maintenance guy has always came to fix it. He always gets the job done and makes sure of it while being very respectful and cleaning up after himself if needed. We can always count on him which makes living here so much better! He is the best maintenance guy we've ever came across and we really do appreciate him!
