Park at Westgate

Have been living in this place for 5years and I’ve seen some shit I am going to give you the run down Water constantly get shut of sometimes with out notice because of poor communication The front apartment complex is well taken care of all a font they don’t care about the rest of the complex the laundry rooms washers and dryers suck they don’t work good and always dirty The roach problem in the building I live in is residual they just move from apartment to apartment And no hot water in the winter it’s constantly a struggle the maintenance are very messy when they try to fix things I am happy I will not be living here anymore please do not rent here it’s not worth it just review my pictures for details and the worst thing is they have a big cat infestation they will go in the laundry mat

The entire move experience was excellent. This place has a really positive atmosphere. The leasing office personnel were polite and answered all my questions. The gift basket was a great welcome item. Really shows me they like welcoming new residents.

I've been living in these apartments for many years and I've never had a problem with anything. When something breaks down, they fix it quickly, the areas where the children play are clean... in general, everything's fine so far.

I’ve been here a year and really don’t enjoy living here. It’s affordable I guess but you don’t quite get what you pay for. I feel relatively safe in my home despite the shootings and various police activity. When I put in a maintenance request it is often addressed quickly even if not in its entirety. The stray cat issue has been the biggest nuisance with the lease preventing me from placing a barrier to keep them out of my space. What I do inside my apartment though has been pretty free rein and my car hasn’t been tampered with at any point which was a concern I had at my last place. This isn’t a final destination but it’ll get you by until you have enough stability to do better. Worst place to live! Do not waste your time here. Roach infested, takes them days to come fix something, rent is expensive for a place so trash. There’s better apartments across the streets. All they care about is money.
