The manager's hours are something like 8AM-4PM. Meaning the average joe that works a 9-5 can't get in to talk to the apartment manager in person without leaving work early or even taking a whole day. The dumpsters are regularly overfull. Today is 1/27/26 The water was shut Off around noon due to some issues with the freeze. It was originally slated to be back on by 5PM, then that time changed to 10PM, I am sitting here at 10:34, and the water still seems to be off. Today is 2/2/26, we have spent the past two-three days moving. We texted the apartment manager last night that we had a few more things to grab and would be back in the morning. We arrived to someone already cleaning out the apartment. Personally, if you have the option to live somewhere else, don't live here.

Perfect community nestled in the heart of old Magnolia. If you want the comfort of living in a family like community this is your go to spot for sure. This community offers a great Manager and outstanding Maintenance. You just can’t get any better than this management team. The pool is always blue and welcoming.

This apartment complex was unbearable. The day I signed my lease, the agent told me after I signed it that i have new carpet because the roaches were so bad that they had to ripe up the carpet and replace it. The apartment wasn’t cleaned and in the washer there was still clothes. All through out the apartment you could see things from the previous renters. The worse part about this place is when u ask to speak to corporate. You get an old woman that sounds like she had been smoking since she was 2, and rude as hell. Someone really needs to take a customer service class. They do have them for free online. I worked for the state for 5 years doing food stamps and Medicaid. There is a polite way to give bad news. Not to talk down on people and make them feel worse than they already do!

This place is a money pit. New management charges you for water because maintenance is a joke and they have multiple leaks they wont fix. They want everything done online and then claim they don't receive anything so they can charge you extra fees. Not to mention the fact that the water is undrinkable here.

Tried several times to reach. Over phone leaving message no one ever bothered to call. Drove by several times during day office always closed
