Park at Tuscany

I have lived here for over a year and a half, and it has been a great experience overall. The maintenance guys are so kind and responsive. I haven't had any pest issues despite being on the first floor. I also really appreciate them not raising the rent prices which makes me feel like they really value their residents. The pool is always clean and fun to use in the summer. A downside is that in the year and a half I've lived here, I've had to use my gate code and seen the gates closed only a handful of times. I'm not sure what the purpose of the gates are if they're never closed. My unit has foundation settling issues, and cracks can be seen on all walls inside (one of which was major and had to be fixed by maintenance) and on the patio concrete outside. Maintenance was very polite and quick. He didn’t have an attitude for having to come out and assist me during the winter storm. I really appreciated him. I normally don’t take the time to do reviews but he was definitely worth it! Thank you again!

I love living here. The staff is wonderful, always very quick to respond. They are very friendly. The maintenance team is always on it to get things fixed even after hours. I just wish the gates were shut more, and our trash containers were easier to get to the openings, or we could leave it outside our doors for a fee. All in all, a great place to live. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property. Glenia is the manager and she is amazing! I can’t recommend her enough. You can tell by how clean the property is that the staff pays attention to detail. The apartments themselves are super clean and well kept as well. Love the location!

The Park at Tuscany has been a great place to call home! Any time we have ever had an issue, it has been fixed within the same day or next day. Everyone in the office staff is always so kind and helpful.
