Park at Towne Lake Apartment Homes

My husband and I have lived here for about 4 years now and we absolutely love it here! We love all the events that are hosted for the residents. Some of our favorites were the paint and sip event, the fall event with Carmel apples, and pie tasting, and all the appreciation breakfasts and dinners. We really appreciate the front office and maintenance staff for everything they do. We have even become friends with some of our surrounding neighbors (baking banana bread helps 😂). The pool, gym, tennis court and dog park are really well kept. Highly recommended for any future residents.

So very disappointed in the application process-my sisters are disabled and attempted to fill out an application-apparently there are two different companies to go thru-and the apartment office "doesn't have anything to do with it" I was out of town and they tried to get help-but noone was able to help them. Not only did the office tell my sisters they had mice on the property-they mentioned there was a problem with flying squirrels-then later retracted and said that was only at the Marietta property. My sisters lost a $200 application fee (they are both on SSDI) and I feel the office was of no help at all. They were told one of them didn't give her correct Social Sercuriy number-very unfair and uncaring -so I guess it is a good thing they were not approved.

I visited the property and was impressed! Anna and Tiffany are great to work with. The outside areas were very clean and bright, and the pool and fitness center area look really fun. There's even a little golf putting area, I've lived in a lot of apartments but never seen that! The pricing was really good too especially compared to everything else in the area. I'm excited to find a place.

Great Apartment Tour and Outstanding Staff Experience My daughter and I visited this apartment complex on October 4 around 12 or 1 PM. The person who showed us around was very knowledgeable, kind, and honest—answering all of our questions with positivity and professionalism. She showed us two units, and if I decide to return around May 2026 to finalize our decision, I truly look forward to speaking with her again because of how approachable and knowledgeable she was. Size-wise, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is what we’d be most interested in. I really appreciate the upgrades made to the bathroom sinks as well. I just wanted to leave this review because not only is the location great, but the staff was amazing.

Rachael and the maintenance team are phenomenal. My move-in went great, Racheal answered all of my questions, and is great to work with. Jared and the maintenance team are fast to respond and are very friendly. I really enjoy the onsite gym. I would def recommend this property.
