Park at Sycamore

I’ve been every where among the dmv .. denied after denied.. but got led me into Ms. Kaylee!! I would give her 100 stars if I could .. she is so amazing .. she helped me through my process and I’m glad that I will be spending my time here as a tenant ! I am a tenant at this location. When I first moved here I asked them about the roaches of course they said the old tenants was lieing and I saw first hand they wasn't. So I said one year got to stay here and I'm gone. This morning I woke up my car had been towed because I was double parked not all the way. I'm from Mississippi this was my first apartment when I moved to Texas. The towing company always stopped at my car because I have a Mississippi tag. 331.00 I had to pay how am I suppose to know you will tow my car for that reason. Why not a ticket? Thats was my light bill and car note money. No one else parks where I park at no one but me that's ridiculous

Amazing people in the office. Especially miss kaylee, made sure to work with us throughout the entire process and got us to where we needed to be. Thank you guys
