I want to give a kudos to the team at Park at Stone Oak for making my move-in experience such a positive one. Diedra, the property manager, along with Jacob and Maria, were professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. The leasing team made everything feel organized and seamless from start to finish. I especially want to shout out Jacob, my leasing agent. He was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. He answered all of my questions, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained such a positive attitude that it made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. I cannot say enough great things about this luxury apartment community! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the amazing staff. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home, always responsive and willing to help with any request. The amenities are top-notch—beautifully designed spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a stunning pool! The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and filled with high-end finishes. If you’re looking for a place that offers both luxury and outstanding service, this is it! Highly recommend!

Beautifully designed apartment complex. We love our 3-BR floor plan! Management & all Staff are kindly responsive to needs & questions. Maintenence is timely & efficient. We appreciate all they do to make resident life at the Park comfortable & pleasant. Also, the location of this community is ideal, within minutes to services, restaurants, freeway 281 & 1604.

Attractive amenities and nice area of town. Move to top floor if you can. Noise travels easily between floors which can be frustrating (management acknowledged the issue in a past email about a rise in noise complaints). Maintenance is nice. *** The email being referenced was sent Sept. 2025
