I've lived in 9 different rentals and Park at Crossroads is above and beyond the best due to the incredible staff. The best I've ever experienced. Everyone from the property managers, leasing consultants, and entire maintenance team is excellent. Seriously the best maintenance team I've ever experienced. The responsiveness to all requests is exceptional. Maintenance requests, even non-emergency, are typically fixed within the same day. My hot water tank broke and flooded into my living room one Saturday night while I was sleeping. I reported the issue Sunday morning when I woke up and within 30 minutes maintenance was at my apartment handling the water in my living room and doing proper remediation. We absolutely love it here so far! The leasing office and entire team have made our move extremely easy and answered all our concerns to make sure our new home was perfect! Rebekah the Property Manager has been so welcoming and sweetest! She has an amazing team working alongside her who will go above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect home! Oh and what a bonus of having same day maintenance request fulfilled!!! This is the perfect place to live if you are looking for quiet community and safety! The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and have a modern/cozy feel to them! The amenities are absolutely stunning and they just updated their fitness center! I’ve lived here for a few years, and overall it’s been a good experience. The units are spacious with high ceilings, maintenance team is reliable, and neighbors are friendly. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to a greenway. In the past, most interactions with management weren’t great (I only had good experiences with Christine), and that caused some frustration for residents. Recently, I’ve worked with the new property manager, Rebekah, on a few issues, and she’s been fantastic! She’s professional, caring, and she clearly commits to making the community better while welcoming feedbacks. Overall, I’d recommend living here, especially with the new management team in place.

Love this community. I came here to tour with my friend who is going to be moving here and Drew was the best! The grounds are so clean and the clubhouse is a vibe. Drew really made the experience for us amazing even though we were just tagging along! Definitely worth checking out and leasing!

I’ve been living here for almost 8 months, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. Depending on how rent prices are handled, I’ll consider renewing for another year. The office staff has been kind, and the maintenance team deserves a lot of credit—they respond quickly, work hard, and are always professional. They don’t get enough appreciation for how much they do. My neighbors have also been friendly, though I’ll admit I may have just gotten lucky in that regard. Like anywhere in North Carolina, you can expect the occasional bug, but it hasn’t been an issue for me since I keep my space clean. The location is another highlight, with great options for walking and biking nearby. If you’re a responsible and reasonable person who takes care of your space, this is a great place to live
