This is a well-managed great place to live. Moved here from NJ and the process to see the apartment, submit the documentation, and get the keys was smooth. Leasing agent (Blue) communicated with us very well. Moved into the place and just loved the size of the apartment and amenities of the complex. The location is excellent, close to shopping malls, the airport, etc. The apartment complex itself is well-managed. The few small issues I had upon inspection were quickly addressed. Nothing but a great experience. Highly recommend.

Lived in a ground floor 1/1. First apartment out of college and was affordable and close to downtown. At first staff was very friendly. Then after you move in you discover the bug problem. Cockroaches everywhere. So called "pest control" doesn't do anything. I think they only came in to drop off the card saying they were there. My neighbor always had his dog off the leash and it was always going to the bathroom on my patio screen. Guess what, management doesn't care. Then my car was stolen in the parking lot. I park in front of the video camera for a reason and then when need it I find out that I "misheard" that it was a real camera. I specifically remember asking when I moved in about the camera and they said its never been real. No surprise I never got my car back. When I moved out I wa

I have lived at Parks at Cambridge for two years now and I have to say this is one of the worst managed apartment complexes I have lived at. The maintenance crew drive around all day doing nothing. I have put in a few request to get things fixed in my apartment and they take there time on coming to fix the problem. My mail box could be opened by anyone at any time they did not need a key and I had to call them twice to fix it. There is never anyone to pick up the phone it always goes straight to voice mail and they never call you back when you do leave a message. The showers leak the ovens stay preheated all the time. This is not a place if you want things to go right. I like the neighbors but the office staff they are horrible not friendly they treat you like dirt. All they want is your m

The place alone is beautiful, but The maintenance usually takes about two weeks after you call to come fix whatever it is that's going on in your apartment. The people who work in the main office are really, really, REALLY rude and there is no security at night, which there's supposed to have but the guy never shows up. If you are visiting people that live in the apartment and you want to go to the pool you have to go with the people that live in the apartment that they're visiting & have a bracelet or you get kicked out, Which is inconvenient because family members from other states come to visit and don't always have time to go to the pool with the visitors. This place is an absolute mess.

Before you consider moving to The Park at Cambridge, ask yourself these questions. 1. Would you enjoy living in an apartment completely infested with cockroaches from the day you move in? (I literally cannot express the severity of the infestation we had upon moving in - it was to the point that the walls were crawling 24/7 and we were finding egg sacs around the house everyday. Cleaning, repeated visits by pest control for months, Raid etc. did nothing. In the kitchen it was so bad the entire kitchen constantly SMELLED of bugs and I could not cook anything without wanting to throw up. This complex is DISGUSTING beyond words). 2. Would it bother you to have a hole in your ceiling that leaks profusely when it rains, after your complaints of a suspicious-looking stain appearing are ignored
