Park Arms Apartments

I LOVE the vibe at Park Arms! The grounds are well maintained with refreshing green grass, trees and shrubs. Everything was clean and just looked good. The property manager was so nice! She helped me with all of my questions. Professional and pretty lady. Park Arms and residences are lucky to have her.

Grounds are kept very well maintained and clean in spite Of the homeless people and camps that accumulate around complex. the buildings are old with no privacy you are going to hear everything thru the paper thin walls and floor/ceiling from heavy walking, loud music and television to full conversations and people having sex and vice versa. You will not receive your security deposit back and will be charged for them painting apartment when you move out even if you kept apartment well maintained and paint was peeling from bad work b4 you move in. Maintenance is not to good. washing machine broke took over a month and multiple complaints b4 replaced. I reported my kitchen floods when upstairs runs washing machine multiple times to management over weeks not once was problem handled (maybe b

"The office manager has consistently displayed a lack of professionalism in her interactions with my family. Additionally, she has been unable to address any of the apartment's issues. It has now been two days since my bathtub became clogged, and I have yet to receive any resolution to the problem."

This review is solely based on the viewing I had of a couple of their Apartments. Sharp looking units, but don't have a relationship with Property Management, so I can't speak to what it's like to live there.

Clean apartment and they attend to your service request as soon as possible. Quiet courtyard, clean grounds and good customer service from the front office. Gated community.
