I've been living here for over a year now, and let me tell you, it's been absolutely fantastic! This place is like a little slice of heaven - peaceful, clean, and drama-free. And you know what makes it even better? Brenda, our amazing landlord. She's always there for us, ready to lend a helping hand whenever we need it. And the maintenance guys? Oh, they're just the sweetest! They always make sure everything is in tip-top shape. The new management and maintenance crew are a breath of fresh air compared to the previous team. I can't recommend this place enough to my family and friends. Trust me, if you choose to live here, you won't regret it. Oh, and as for those negative comments you might have heard? Management stanks!! The company stanks!! As a resident I was called a thief for using outside outlet to groom my dogs and was not aware that I couldn't use outside outlets. As matter of fact I was told it was okay for me to use outside by different management. As a paying customer you should NEVER be called a thief! What the company did absolutely NOTHING! As a resident, I was told to lower my voice by the unprofessional community manager Brenda when she told me numerous of times she couldn't hear me so what any normal human being would of done? Speak louder. After being told numerous of times a person couldn't hear you. I had to give one star to be able to give a rating to this that it is not known if it is a condominium or something similar. In 1 year, 3 administrations have passed and which of the 3 is the worst. The worst experience my family and I have had in Miami. The parking lots for a second car charge you $35 bucks per month and if you arrive a little late at night you have nowhere to parking your car and you are at risk of the tow truck taking it away. You cannot even dream to go to the pool because it is always full of personnel from outside the condominium invited by the maintenance staff. It rains and the corridors are filled with water due to the poor quality of the construction. The girl from the house fell one day, she was full of blows and nothing happened.
