Park 88 Apartments

Beware this apartment has a scam worked out with a towing company so they can tow vehicles that are not permanent. They don’t have enough money coming from Rent. They also lock up the laundry rooms at 9 o’clock until the morning and they leave the lights on all night long and then they charge you for the electricity at the end of the month on your rent and there’s also homeless people sleeping in the hallways. but I do have to say the maintenance and ground crew keeps the apartments up looking nice. They rock ownership and the office, not so much good luck on your apartment search.

Julio was knowledgeable and helpful on finding us the perfect home. When signing the lease, one of the office ladies went through the lease with us making us feel more confident in what we were signing. It’s been almost a week and I have little to no complaints. The leasing agents always answer the phone & maintenance is quick and accessible.

Absolute worst living ive ever experienced, There is constant noise in the parking lots from music to parties. The building are falling apart, the laundry is awful and over priced. The management does not take complaints seriously at all. The lady above me let's her dogs pee off her patio and then rinses it off with water and it splashes on my garden level windows underneath, management said she denied it and that was it, yet I have video proof. The bass and music from the other tenants is crazy and it goes on all hours of day and night. Its is waaaaayyyy overpriced. Do not live here, thank me later. There are better options for the price. Worst living ive ever been in in 37years.

I love love my new apartment! & want to thank Julio R. For the excellent customer service, he was very understanding and helped my family and I find the perfect home for us. I really appreciate all his hard work he gave us a tour and really understood my needs as of getting the right apartment. Thank you so much Park 88 for having great people in your community.

Terrible. Upon walking in for a tour, the staff looked at us but kept talking about personal matters. When they finally were done with their conversation, they asked us what we were here for. They had apparently forgotten the tour appointment and had no idea who we were. When I asked about units and pricing, the manager said their units were 1.5k which was $300 more than they were advertising on the website!!! He explained that they are old prices and they cannot control the website... We toured one unit and left immediately. The ceilings, walls, and vents were CAKED in dust and grime. The walls were lifting and bowing, and I don't think I need to say more. I haven't lived here, but after touring I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
