Park 67 Apartments

I experienced a significant delay of five months in receiving my security deposit that never came , despite numerous phone inquiries and assurances that the check was forthcoming. Following another call, I spoke with the head manager at the property, who informed me that the funds had been applied to expenses I had already settled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment as a residential option. The company's conduct was unprofessional, and I encountered persistent pest issues such as ( Roches,bugs) throughout my tenancy. I would not suggest this location to anyone, regardless of their circumstances.

Praise god the woman of this apts including maintenance were awesome they helped me and my famliy going thru addiction I relapse and lose my famliy it's been 3 weeks but they still tryed and still worked with me 8 had no prob with roaches or management prob or maintenance prb they were a godsend y praise park 67yh it was a good place to call home

I do not recommend these apartments! The water gets shut off about 2-3 times a week, roaches everywhere, dog poop almost every corner you have to watch where you step, mold within a month that we moved in. Bath tub has always been clogged with black stuff since we moved in. Even though we remove it everyday it still comes back. First time renting an apartment and we hate it can’t wait for our lease to be over does not feel like home! We moved out from a house that we leased due to mold to move into somewhere worse

They are very unorganized. We have applied to these apartments and got approved, but then turns out we have to wait since the apartment “was not ready” to move in yet. They said the air had something wrong so they had to fix it like I said the apartment wasn’t ready so we waited for about a week to move in to an apartment that was not even ready as well as the air did not work the bathroom had some problems the dishwasher, and the kitchen wasn’t fully ready as well. The floor had some writing on it and we have submitted some paperwork showing like what needed to be fixed so they can come fix it and we’ve been living here for a little while now and they haven’t came over once to fix anything, like I said unorganized, and we have agreed to do an appointment for them to come fix the restroom

Alyssa Was amazing from start to present. Handled everything effortlessly and when moving, that is priceless. The apartment was as expected, lovely. But the attention to detail and courtesy shown by Alyssa and the front office was a surprise that I still happen to enjoy to this very day.
