Park 45 Apartments

I really wanted to sent a note about this. My hot water heater went out completely. It was the night it went down into the 20’s. The maintenance man came in on Saturday and drained all of the water out of the unit toting 5 gallon drums of water out of our apartment for hours with dogs barking he was really nice to them to calm them down. He replaced all of the parts, worked til 8:45 in the evening and the darn thing still didn’t work. On Monday he was here about 10:30 in the morning draining all of the water again to take the old unit out. The insulation around it was so gross! He took all of my stuff out from the shelf and moved my laundry out of there. And then the two maintenance men pulled the unit out and put a new unit in. He was there until 3:30. Much much appreciation to Richard our maintenance tech! Every request I’ve ever had, has always been done that same day! Always in great spirits and always ready for any opportunity to keep our home functioning. I and my children have been here for over a year now, and I’ve had every little to bigger normal home repairs. From my light bulbs and caulking, to my dryer and ac unit. Thank you again Richard for the quick responses and repairs. Park45 has definitely been a very pleasant experience 😊💯

The property manager Jocelyn is Amazing!!! Soon as I walk in the door she greets me with a big smile!! She is very knowledgeable about the property and answer all my question! I love the energy she gives!! I love the tour she gave me!

Honestly, I’ve been living here for a couple of months and I can say that the people that work here make you feel like family make you feel accepted and wanted. Hands down too my favorite people who work here Mr.Richard and the other maintenance guy They’re always there to help you whenever you need them to never late for anything. So nice and always wanting to help as much as they can Mr.Richard’s is always one top when I have something break or a problem with my apartment lol this guy can fix anything and fast he’s very helpful respectful and always in a good mood !! Love the positivity is always on top of things when I have questions or need help with anything he fixes it and is always so sweet my favorite person 🥰

Had a wonderful and welcoming experience. Ms Tammy took care of me perfectly, took me on a tour ,explained the whole apartment room to room.OVER ALL A WONDERFUL LADY AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS.. 5 stars is not enough!!!
