Park 24

Park 24 is a beautiful community. I went for a tour and was toured by Tiara I think she stated she was the community manager and man was she a joy. She was bubbly answered all my questions and kept a smile on her face the whole time. I can tell this is a place to call home.

I want to start off by saying, I'm not a resident of these apartments. I was just interested in renting from here, so I had made an appointment to check them out. My appt was today at 2pm on a Monday. When I arrived, the sign on the door said open, but the door was locked, so I rang the bell. Nothing. Then I rang it once more and knocked. A couple minutes later, a man answered and said that they're closed. I tried to tell him that I had an appointment, but he cut me off and said come back when they're open and slammed the door in my face..I could understand if he was busy or it wasn't a good time to do a tour, we could've easily rescheduled, but that was not the case! I even have a confirmation email reminder about my appt and their sign said open!! Extremely unprofessional!! I would think

Although I didn't end up living here, I just wanted to say that Sean is the kindest and most helpful leasing agent out there! He was so helpful and encouraging in my apartment research and I almost ended up at Park24 just because of his genuineness and attention to detail alone! Would highly recommend these apartments as well - spacious, beautiful, and modestly priced!

Love love love this place ‼️ such a beautiful and nice new build. I want to give all thanks to the manager tiara made the experience so smooth and fast and she was so helpful though every step. She didn’t rush and didn’t mind me calling and asking any questions. Overall 10/10 experience from the management, to the property.

The manager Tearra was absolutely amazing!! She walked us through the process effortlessly and was so patient with us!!if I could tip her I definitely would!!
