I rented an apartment they management a few years ago, they had come up to the door a few times taking about not paying my rent and the lady in the office would be rudeza when taking the phone call. I always paid on time with money order and dropped off in time and always was an issue with my check being put on the wrong account. Also had the management tow one of my vehicles by mistake (that was registered and Road legal) and when they figured out it wasn't mine it was the one on a unit over all they said was sorry, and I had to pay to drive out of the tow truck lot. Maintenance guy would just asume no one would be at home and enter without knocking on door.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The management never provides the required 24-hour notice before routine maintenance, and staff use their keys to enter apartments without permission — a complete invasion of privacy. They almost never return deposits, no matter the condition of the apartment. Students, be especially careful: they know many students live with friends, and then they use “lease paragraph 10” as an excuse to evict you. In some cases, they’ve forced people out within just one day, leaving them homeless. On top of that, staff like Stephanie are extremely unprofessional and show no care or compassion toward tenants. This place is heartless, dishonest, and unsafe — renters should think twice before signing here. Especially Students!!

Sherry was extremely rude and condescending toward both me and my father when we came to view the property. From the moment we arrived at the door, she and another woman spoke to us disrespectfully. I chose to ignore it at first because we urgently needed housing due to both my work schedule and my father’s job. She repeatedly questioned whether I would be living with my father, and even after I confirmed that I would, she continued to threaten eviction if she entered the home and did not see me there. She went as far as calling my father to repeat these threats. Her behavior made us feel singled out, and it’s hard not to wonder whether this is how she treats all Black families. I am very disappointed in this property management company, especially in the owner. His demeanor is consistently rude and dismissive. I’ve witnessed how he interacts with people in public, and it’s as if everyone owes him something. That attitude is not only unprofessional, but it also creates a hostile environment. Unfortunately, his staff reflects the same behavior. Even more concerning, if you are of any ethnic background, you are treated as “less-than.” That type of bias and disrespect is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that serves a diverse community. It is deeply disappointing to see a company operate this way. Respect, fairness, and professionalism should be the foundation of a property management business—and this company fails to deliver on all three.

Indian students beware, the leasing office speaks very rudely. I inquired just to see if they have availability, the lady in the front says no with a incredibly bad attitude. I've worked in hospitality for many years and never treated a customer like this. Learn some customer service, and how to say you have no availability, in a polite manner. Punks..
