ParcView Apartments

I was deeply saddened to see what had become of this apartment building. I had lived there 26 years ago for a year, and back then the building was clean, safe, cozy and newly remodeled with decent people living there. Last year I had to go back there for family reasons and was shocked to find it had turned in to a complete dump. The entire building reeks of stale urine that hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the dirty front entrance. The hallways, the elevators, the common areas all reek of pee and and are filthy. My unit was cockroach infested, and we had to deal with overflowing sewage water leaking in to our unit from above on multiple occasions. I literally leave zero stars if that’s possible. Ever since the first day of moving in my experience with Parkview apartments has been absolutely horrible. Upon my moving day, which was a Friday I was given the wrong key for my apartment so I had nowhere to go my first night of paying rent. Throughout the first month, everything has been broken inside of my apartment just from old age, wear and tear, poor replacing from the previous tenant. Plumbing issues during the first week after I had only been in the apartment for about three days, consistent plumbing issues from apartments above me causing sewage water to leak from my ceilings, my shower fixtures, my lights. Roach infestation of the entire apartment building, regardless of how clean you keep your own personal apartment. Other tenet

On moving day, we were given the keys to an unprepared apartment and were assured nothing would happen if we left our personal items. Once we were handed the keys, we noticed that a significant amount of our personal items (electronics and others) were missing. The total sum of prices of the stolen items surpassed $1k.
