The move in process with Jenny (love you girl) and Simone has been SO smooth. They have been beyond accommodating to make sure my out of state move as easy as possible. The leasing process was also very simple it’s all done online. Thank you guys so much!

BUGS BUGS BUGS!! Flees roaches and termites. They have turned the water off short notice (less than 24hrs) 15 times since I moved here. 3 different plumbing companies. It isn’t a safe place at all. There was a hole shooting on premises shots fired. They came into my apartment without knocking while I wan not fully clothed. And all they said is sry. They never give a notice 24hrs b4 to enter for ANYTHING and they will leave a little paper as ur notice so there’s no time stamp. If u were gone for one night they could enter ur apartment and u wouldn’t even know. They rent out the picnic area to river church where they blast music all day and interrogate u on ur religion when ur just trying to get ur mail. The painting people dropped paint on my car and said if we want them to do anything send

Grounds are looking great and the community has definitely improved ever since Jenny has taken over! Im so happy my family and I get to call this our home !

I love living here. It's a beautiful environment with nice people and the staff are really great about addressing any issues that come up. I especially like the pool and the gym which are always in mint condition and clean.

I moved here on a Monday April 18 we only have two weeks moving here on the first day that we move in Here we did the checklist make sure the apartment all good but it was not The cleanest the floor was very dirty. The freezer was filthy. Had a bottle that explode Inside It was dirty everywhere. The Master bedroom the bathroom the shower was dirty. we marked those stuff on the checklist we show a picture to one of the staff in the office about the freezer. They said they was going take care of it. They never showed up. We end up cleaning anyway Other than that I’m grateful that I have a roof me my son, but they couldn’t do better to welcome customers to they new home my opinion the staff of maintenance need to do better needs to have a stronger supervise in making sure that they do the j
