Great place to live. Brenda and all the staff are very personal and helpful. Maintaince crew is also on grounds to assist with any issues. The apartment website is really easy to use. Makes it easy to pay, get maintaining requests, and any property news. The new site makes it easy to communicate, you always are always aware of what is going on in the community. Safe area, and location is great. 😊

Big props to those in the office, Brenda especially, who made moving in about a year ago an easy process and welcomed me in. They've been cool whenever I need them. Also huge shout out to the maintenance crew, who are very responsive and communicative. I read over some of the negative reviews before moving in, and it hasn't been my experience at all, as it's a good location and fairly quiet. I really like the place!

This place is def one of the worst places I've lived in Vegas. The people who occupy it aren't so bad but the way the office handles issues is so poor. Upon 1st moving in there was a bug infestation for almost a week! and they never compensated us for it even though we lost out on food and other supplies due to it. Also throughout the stay the AC would leak and they wouldn't come in in a timely manner at all! Often you'd have to call the front office multiple times to make sure the issue is dealt with (maintenance people were cool though). The final nail in the coffin for this spot was them charging for a full carpet replacement for the apartment we were in after leaving. I moved in recently and the move in process has been easy and quick. I really like the people working at the leasing office, they're very kind. The maintenance guys have been on top of everything, they came to check the apartment to make sure everything was working. The community is very clean and there's lots of grass areas for my dog. I'm very happy with my decision to move here.

I generally don’t write reviews, but in this occasion it was warranted. I have dealt with previous management companies in this complex, but the new company has definitely stepped up in a big way. Our maintenance men Eric and Enrique go above and beyond. Not only do they do the required work needed, but they follow up to make sure that the work done is satisfactory to the tenant. They are pleasant to deal with. They answer all questions without making you feel as if you are bothering them. They are also punctual. GREAT JOB GUYS! Unit # 2062
