Parc View Arlington

There are so many awful property managers out there who couldn’t care less about their tenants, but Mary is not one of them! She is so kind, helpful and responsive. She genuinely cares for every tenant. We always had everything we needed, and any time something came up Mary quickly fixed it. I recently had to move out of Parc View for other reasons, but had a very good experience in the year I lived there. Beautiful building in a peaceful setting. Perfect mix of city and suburb. Nice neighbors and pet friendly. Apartments are spacious, airy and well-lit. Easy access to metro and shops/restaurants too. Highly recommend!

Lived here for 8 years and had a very pleasant experience! My place had huge windows and AMAZING natural light with a delightful view of the park - that alone always lifted my spirits. The family and dog-friendly energy of the park makes it a lovely to walk around, and safe and well-populated, and the library across the street is another plus. The property manager Mary is very responsive and attentive, and the maintenance manager Nick is great - very friendly and fast to handle maintenance requests. They also have a regular exterminator to help handle any pests. Any issues I had were always resolved promptly. Our experience at Parc View was amazing! Mary (the property manager) and nick (the maintenance manager) did a phenomenal job ensuring all tenants were taken care of, consistently going out of their way to connect and take care of our needs. The building was always clean and standards for building appearance were always met. We always felt very safe and at home! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Arlington!

Parc View is a pleasant apartment complex. The new leasing manager, Mary, has made it even better. She is very responsive and earnest in listening to requests and addressing them. Recently, we inquired about a possible maintenance of the apartment. Mary promptly came over with Nick to inspect the state of the carpet and bathroom. She arranged the maintenance which involved bathroom re-glazing & carpet cleaning/stretching in a short period of time. Both Mary and Nick made sure that the maintenance was completed properly. We are very pleased with Mary and Nick's excellent customer service!

I recently moved into Parc View and have had a great move-in experience thus far. Mostly thanks to the management! Nick has been extremely communicative, accommodating, has answered every question I had and has been available for me every step of the way. He takes time to ensure you feel welcomed & I think management is lucky to have him. The apartment is comfortable, and is located super close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and two metro stations! So far, happy I landed here.
