Parc Station

This is my first time, in my 60+ years, living alone. I wanted my first, and hopefully, last place to be special. Parc Station is! The young woman name Rose is a delight and does her job well. The guy who maintains the place is awesome! I love the laundry room and the fact we have our very own Amazon hub station here. I am lucky enough to have my apartment overlooking the fountain located between the apartment buildings. Parc Station location is extremely ideal for me. It is across from Coddington and both the city and county bus stop. I can get to pretty much anywhere I want and need to go! Love it!!!

Awful place. By far the worst rental I’ve lived in. Other tenants litter all over the complex and let their dogs defecate inside hall lobbies without cleaning up. One time there was fecal matter left and smeared in one of the elevators! On a few occasions there was even trails of blood in lobbies with some smeared on exit door handles. Walls are paper thin, so if you’re especially unlucky with who you live around, we heard sub woofers blaring, domestic disputes/ violence, and mentally ill / drug addicted neighbors up at all hours of the night screaming, rearranging furniture and pounding on walls / floorboards. Beware. You won't get your whole deposit back. You need to hire professional cleaners and provide evidence OR Parc Station hires cleaners and takes it out of your deposit. No matter how clean you leave your place (i never hung anything on the walls or drilled either), they require professional cleaning to get it ready for the next tenant. If you're going to live here 2 years or less, look for another place. The cleaning fee I was charged for medium cleaning was $200, not including carpet or painting fees. I've included pictures of how I left my place. Deposit for me was $500, they returned $79. Research FPI Management before moving into their properties, look on reddit too. I lived here for 11 months and from my experience I can tell you, look for a different apartment complex, this is not the right one. It is cheap but it's not worth it. 1. The waiting list to get a parking spot inside the complex never moves forward, I started in the number 36, after 11 months still there. 2. You have to park your car in front of Crunch Fitness Gym, and they charge you $40 every month for "security". But even then, my front windshield was smashed and my car was completely vandalized. So I told the management and they never responded my emails, After a couple weeks I saw another car with the passenger side window smashed too. 3. Four stars for Parc Station Apts location. SMART, transit hub, & walk to most shopping. I picked a different FPI Management - Tilden Properties, ( Agent & Owner ) spot, with many Sonoma County locations that all sorta look & function the same. Parc Station is a Tilden "Long Term Hold" , .... & that carries long term stability with Lease Agreements from FPI Management. My Base-Rent has not changed in 3 years with these people on lease renewals. Picture as proof.
