Parc Rosslyn Apartments

I am giving my honest opinion after living here for over 6 years. This is specifically for sl nausbaum realty company who manages this property and puts anyone in position with very little experience. They ask for reivews shortly after signing ur lease which os the reason for the rating but domt be fooled. So many ha e rehreta after moving in. Please go else where to find a clean and residence that is worth living. This place will only feel temporary and like you are living in a maximum security facility. Before the new property manager, this place was well kept and family friendly and pet friendly. Ever since the property manager came, there has been a shift in looking at this place as home. He loves power and is obsessed with it. You are heavily monitored from every part of the building

I loved living at Parc Rosslyn! I called this place home for two years, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff, including Elizabeth, Karen, Kamran, Toney, Nyomi, and the entire team, were amazing. They truly care about their tenants and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The maintenance team was friendly, effective, and always available to address any issues. I also loved the stunning view of the Washington Monument from our apartment - it was truly breathtaking!

Absolutely a gem among the maze of apartments in Arlington. I have lived here over a year and have loved my Apt! The Leadership and the Parc Rosslyn team do everything they can to ensure you truly feel comfortable in your home. Starting with my move-in, the apartment was so clean, I thought I was the first tenant to ever live there. Also, the view of the monument gives you a VIP seating experience for the National fireworks on July 4th. On the rare occasion when I needed the maintenance team, they were fast friendly, and effective, in fixing the problem. One of the many things I really love about the Parc, is it doesn’t smell like an apt building (you know the smell I’m talking about- lingering food smells, trash shoots, and pet odors…). Great memories from a year living here during the great plague 2019-2020. One Star off for super thin walls, but everything else about this building tucked off to a pleasant leafy residential corner of Rosslyn met the mark. That morning coffee in the lobby kept me going, and the underground parking deck, though packed, still offered a mostly stress-free experience. If you can afford it, definitely consider this building for your habitation needs.

The leasing team is actually a joke. Especially karen. They could not answer a single question about the apartment they are listing on their website that I booked a tour specifically for. I left work early to attend a tour that i CONFIRMED on the phone earlier in the day. When i got there not only was that unit “not ready”, there were zero 2 bedroom apartments to show me at all. They offered to show me apartments that fit zero criteria I need as a consolation. This is especially frustrating because I told the leasing office on the phone that I definitely need to move in December, and if that is not possible with this specific unit then I should spend this time today touring elsewhere.
