I used to live here the apartments and the people living here are cool the management office are not on the same page literally everyone tells you different things. They get your money and to even fix things they take months. If you want a place where things are solved fast and explained correctly the first time DONT LIVE HERE!

I recently had a main water supply burst on 10/11/2025. The water ran throughout my apartment for 2 hours before maintenance came. (It was 1:45am when it burst) The company feels as if they should change my padding ONLY. I have requested to have my entire carpet changed and today (11/3/2025) I was declined. I have been in a hotel since this has happened. I have been living here for 7 years and have never had any claims or have never been late with my rent. I will upload pictures to show that what I am requesting is not unreasonable! FYI... These are pictures. I have a video that shows the water running. it was a nightmare and Beacon Management is telling me that they will only change the padding under the carpet. I am so disappointed and frustrated with how I have been treated!

I recently moved into this community, and while the property itself is clean, quiet and conveniently located, my experience with the leasing office and Beacon Management was extremely frustrating. The lack of communication and follow-through overshadowed what should have been a smooth transition. Randi the leasing consultant was absolutely amazing! She gave me a comprehensive tour of apartments that fit my budget and provided me with some options that I didn’t consider that actually fit me better. Definitely an aesthetically pleasing property with great value!
