Parc Meridian at Eisenhower Station

I have absolutely enjoyed living here. I've made great friendships. The location is hard to beat. No place is perfect but Parc Meridian at Eisenhower Station is pretty close.

Views worth coming home to! Close to every kind of transportation imaginable. Shopping, groceries, medical, banking, daycare, dog park and doggie daycare, entertainment and restaurants within short walk. The 20th floor pool and clubhouse is the envy of Alexandria! You can see the National Harbor, watch planes, enjoy the luxurious fireplace, grill burgers while watching TV. The ground level patio has a huge fire pit, more BBQ pits and seating overlooking the pond. The business center is a WOW for zoom calls and there are multiple background spots to WFH. Absolutely beautiful!!! This is my experience so far at Parc Meridian. We have only been here less than a month but we have truly felt so welcome here!! From the first time we visited to look at an apartment, Leona, in the leasing office was super kind and answered all of our questions. Even before we chose the apartment I could call or email her with questions and she responded right away! When we came in to pick up our keys we knew Leona wouldn’t be there but the other ladies in the office were just as kind. The front desk/ concierge was amazing! They really do go above and beyond with assisting you with your needs! They receive your packages and you get a email once they are ready to be picked up. The apartment itself is beautiful! I just finished my 2.5-year stay at Parc Meridian, and I truly loved it. My experience both started and ended with Doniece in the front office. She introduced me to the many amenities Parc Meridian offers and was always a friendly, welcoming presence—whether in the halls or the elevator. She even gave me my final goodbye when I moved out. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have chosen Parc Meridian if it hadn’t been for her. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference, and she played a huge role in making my time there such a positive experience.

We came to Parc Meridian with high hopes, especially since my fiancé previously lived here and was excited for us to make it our home. Unfortunately, the leasing experience completely ruined that. Despite having a scheduled appointment—and even arriving earlier at the leasing agent’s request—we were met with cold, rushed, and dismissive behavior. There was no greeting, no effort to understand our needs, constant interruptions, and zero guidance beyond “everything is on the website.” We were eventually handed printouts for two units with no explanation and told to do a self-tour because we moved the appointment—again, at her suggestion.
