Parc at Clarksville

Parc at Clarksville Apartments caused me significant distress and financial hardship due to serious management failures. Without my authorization or knowledge, apartment and mailbox keys were issued to an unauthorized individual who occupied my unit. Rather than correcting this error, management attempted to hold me responsible for the situation and pursued eviction actions costing me thousands of dollars in fees related to an issue I did not cause, and that they refused to correct. The current property manager, who I believe is named Vicky, handled the matter in a dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily hostile manner. As our time is coming to an end. When we first moved there we were concerned about the roach review we were assured it was fine. When we moved in there (the 400s building) were roach bodies everywhere. On top of the apartment not being cleaned. And tile that was not secured. I was scared to put dishes away every where I turned there was roaches. Come to find out they knew the 400 building had a roach problem and still let us move in I wonder if that’s legal…We were transferred to another building and it wasn’t that bad. (200s) there’s definitely an infestation of spiders there but it stopped once it got cold. The maintenance is amazing!!! The property is going through new management.. I will say the appliances are out dated. Even in the “renovated” one it’s just a new light fixture a stain

There was a maintenance emergency with my unit Scott with maintenance arrived promptly and took care of the maintenance emergency. The maintenance team don’t get enough Recognition the office staff is so pleasant and friendly

There are no words to describe what it was like to live in this hell hole. When I moved in the lint trap was growing things, I had mold in the ac unit & dozens of bees (which I’m allergic to) coming in through poorly sealed windows and cracks in the closet. They then moved me to another unit. When I moved in, the toilet and bathtub had mold in it, the stove was leaking so much grease from YEARS of not being cleaned, and it was so bad there were bugs and MAGGOTS inside. They didn’t apologize, they just replaced it eventually after continuous contact. I had mold growing my walls & with my lung condition spent many nights in the hospital or sleeping in hotels since they refused to do anything. I even slept in my car to avoid it. The appliances barely work & you have to run them multiple times

The maintenance workers are great. They repaired our LR window and cleaned out the dryer vent. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
