TERRIBLE PLACE, insect infestation. Snakes, ants, roaches will live with you here. Management does not take your concerns seriously unless you are one of their favorite tenants. Do not move here!!!!! Maintenance is neglectful & management does not care. I will be taking them to court. Lawn care is terrible around the apartments. I had weeds on my patio for months and whenever you submit a service request they will say they fixed it and they actually haven’t. Please find another apartment complex. A better one. I have had two leaks in the past month. The last one left me without water for 3 days.

I currently live here and absolutely hate it. When I first moved in, there was a huge hole in the wall inside the bathroom cabinet. After move-in, they had to replace an entire heater and resurface the bathroom tiles, which clearly shows the unit was not move-in ready. The leasing office leased a unit that was absolutely not ready whatsoever, and even now I am still dealing with ongoing issues in my apartment. This should never have happened in the first place. Do not sign anything unless they show you the actual unit, unfurnished. If they refuse, that is a major red flag. When they say the apartment is “renovated,” that is not true. Also they leased me a unit with a doorknob that was left by the last tenant whereas my room would keep getting locked and i have no key to open the door. Plea

Im going to write a review when I move out. I don’t want them to make my renting experience worse the last months I have here. Management definitely targets certain people and treat them poorly. Update: They turned my water off to “repair” the leak from the hot water heater and “forgot” to turn it back on. I had to go 3 days without water. A month later, water leak happens again, I get home from work water is on the outside of the apartment, all the carpet is wet and the plumber never came to see where the leak is coming from. Carpet company did not leave fans to dry water because the leak wasn’t stopped. Management is a joke & none of your concerns are properly resolved.

I lived there for 7 years. A few years ago it was very good, very quiet. The streets were very clean. But now! Don't live there. It can only described as a disaster! Water and electricity bills are super expensive. My electricity bill can reach $110-150 in the winter and is as low as $80-100 in the summer. My monthly water bill is over $120. They told me everyone had to share the cost. Also, neighbors played loud music outside and discarded all beer bottles and cans on the street. They can party from Monday through Sunday from afternoon to midnight. They can party overnight to the next day. Like my video, they play the music and Loud like my video over 38 HOURS (non stop) on that day!!!!! Don't think the police can help you! As the police left, they got louder and louder!! I don’t live here(Thank God) but I am a frequent visitor. This place is a dump. Filthy! Roaches everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Basically like housing project in Atlanta. Tenants playing loud music and shooting fireworks(and guns) all times of night. Matter of fact it is 6:56 a.m and music is currently blasting and has been for the last 12+ hours as I type this. Unfortunately, this isn’t uncommon. Idk how people do it or live like this. I do not recommend anyone moving here if they have a choice.
