Paramount Property Management provided excellent service managing our property. The team had to evict a tenant, remodel the property and find the new tenant while turning the property around in a month. The entire process was seamless with no issues. I would highly recommend Leah and her team!!

I have been using Paramount Property Services for over 12 years and my experience has been perfect. They are very proactive and always have the owners' interest in mind while still taking good care of the tenants. I just wish they could expand their service in other states where I have rental properties since I have not found any that is better than Paramount.

So I can't believe I'm doing this because I am usually the first person to hate on property management groups but...I actually had an extremely wonderful experience with Paramount properties; from fixing maintenance issues to being great with communication I would really recommend their service from the tenant side!! Special shout out to Rosemary who was our contact and was a wonderful help through the year/moving process!!

Best property management company in the valley. Great real-estate services as well. Several family and friends rent from paramount and have no issues. Paramount recently sold a house for me within 2 weeks getting our asking price. Great company and staff.
