Glad way though our drive to Orlando today we get canceled via email. The room has been paid in full for several months no call, no help, or offer to change rooms. Will never book again. Beware even if you plan ahead in the futures they will cancel on you hours before check-in.

I recently stayed at The Grove Waterpark Resort in Orlando which is managed by Paramount Hospitality and urge your support! This place is truly an overpriced holiday inn or even worst —motel 6. If I could give this resort “0” stars, that is exactly what I would rate it. Let me explain — I reserved the premium suite and was excited about this vacation. I definitely had high expectations. Based the description and price advertised I expected 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, special view (pool, lake, or water park), spacious and clean suite priced at $499 a night. I booked 2 suites and paid nearly $7,000.00 for 6 days and it was an absolutely nightmare. This resort is disgusting and the advertised pictures and videos are a false representation of the actual experience. My premium view suite was run down

Had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Avanti Palms on International Drive. The place is disgusting (lots of photos to back up my claims). Put a review on Tripadvisor and got made out to be a liar by Brittany Manzie. Horrible horrible horrible this place allowed us to stay in a room that was not up to par. While my son was using the bathroom the ceiling tile fell and hit my son in the back of the head they promised that would have the engineer come and fix it and asked me to sign a incident form. After asking what accommodations would be made they responded that they could move me to another room and waive my charges only if I signed a release of liability form. I’m seeking legal guidance at this point for the neglect to fix the situation and still had the audacity to charge my card.

Their customer service is excellent. We are looking for to all of our future stays with them. They have 2 properties in Orlando.
