Avoid this builder at all costs. Our experience building our house in Bethesda has been nothing short of a nightmare. One year after they supposedly “finished” construction, we’re still left with a long list of unresolved issues—some of them major. The build quality is sloppy, corners were clearly cut, and their attention to detail and project management capabilities are nonexistent. To make matters worse, the project was riddled with unjustified delays from day one. Timelines meant nothing to them. Weeks turned into months with no progress and no explanation. We were constantly chasing updates, only to be met with vague excuses or complete silence. Worst customer service. Now they are willing to bring down the price by $9000 but they won't give me my $3000 back. Spoke with one of the VP of sales he was also pretty rude I don't want to do business with this company. I feel like they are threatening me. I am in a very tight situation with family emergencies and they can't seem to understand that either. I got an email from Taylor the VP of the company & they don't want yo have this material take up space in their warehouse

These people are spamming Zillow with the same ad all over the map for homes for sale. It’s aggressive and super annoying. They are flooding my search results with bait and switch aggressive advertisement so as a consequence I am writing a 1 star review for them adding headache to my search. I wouldn’t do business with people who need to resort to this method.
