Parallel Apartments

I haven’t lived at Parallel but I had the pleasure of meeting Emily for a tour and she has been such a great help in my apartment hunt. She was patient with me with all of my questions, super helpful with her suggestions of different Prometheus sites and very accommodating with scheduling my self guided tours. She also provided me with very helpful information about the different cities (Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Cupertino) and the Pros and cons of choosing to live in each of them. Just for her I would rent there! I can tell she would be a great support to residents of the community. Thank you Emily !

Fantastic apartments! So Californian with tall palms all around. This place keeps getting better. I “discovered” Parallel while visiting various Prometheus apartment communities. The interior is renovated and modern. Wooden flooring is sleek and the balcony is huge! I wanted a place that was strategically located not far from Palo Alto but offering a quiet, stylish spot with a reasonable price tag. The square footage is not for everyone and it’s time limited in this regard but I just love the care given to this property and modern decor. I recently moved in and the experience has been great so far. The process was smooth, the staff has been friendly, and the apartment was clean and felt brand new. Emely and Brandon were both very helpful throughout. I did a virtual tour first, then visited in person, and they made everything easy. I had a few minor issues when I moved in but maintenance came quickly to fix them. The walls were also freshly painted which made the space feel even more new and welcoming. Overall, a great move-in experience!

Best experience I ever had finding a sweet rental home. In total agreement with the previous comment about Thalia, who provided us professional service with great patience and always a smile on her face, taking care of our requests promptly (special thanks to Beto, who fixed the dusty bathroom fan & faulty freezer door!). I truely belive this place deserve a serious consideration of your next stay in a cozy, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Serach no longer and give this place a chance.

I have to say, I’m really impressed with the apartments at Parallel! Driving up to the location, I noticed it's just a 10- to 15-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants, super convenient. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with lush vegetation and not just one, but two large courtyards, perfect for reading or painting outdoors. The apartment interior is stunning! Gorgeous wooden floors, a sleek, modern-chic design, updated appliances, and a surprisingly spacious patio. For a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit,that's not bad!.
