Paraiso at Fountain Square

The location is fantastic, with easy access to several restaurants and shopping. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center are great. The facilities are clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Been here for almost 3 years and still love it. As others have said, the location of the building is hands-down the best thing about living here. You are walking distance to literally everything you could ever need (retail, groceries, restaurants, doctors, barber, dentist, vision, vet, banks, etc.). There is virtually no reason to own a car if you live here, especially if you work from home like I do. I also really appreciate the small/boutique feeling at this apartment. The amenity-to-unit ratio is actually perfect, meaning the pool is never too crowded (even on weekends), the gym always has equipment available, and there’s always a quiet place to sit in the [really nice] gastropub. Much better than some of the mega-buildings you see around Miami with hundreds of units for one tiny pool

I don' give this place any stars. This is a place that they rip you off from the beginning. The amenities are not worth at all, the gym has all broken equipment that they never fix. " THE ELEVATOR IS ALWAYS BROKEN"... it has been broken for over 2 months already and they keep on putting excuses that are waiting on parts to fix it. They don't allow you at the pool after 8pm. They charge you if you want to use the gastro bar. There is always dog poop and pee inside the elevators. The AC in the hallways are always braking down and not working. And every year they rip you off raising the price higher and higher for the rent. Stay away from this place, go somewhere else and you will be better off .

Would definitely recommend this place to live in. Location is wonderful if you enjoy all of Miami (not just the coastal areas). The airport is a short drive away, great shopping walking distance and short drives away in pretty much all directions, restaurants. It’s incredibly conveniently located including being able to walk to the store when you’re an about to start cooking to grab something you forgot, and going to the park next door to play some pickleball at any time. The property is also smoothly managed. Never had an issue with the facilities or anything related to the office. If I had questions, they’d respond quickly. I've had a great experience at Paraiso at Fountain Square. The management here is exceptional, and the entire complex is always clean and well-maintained. One of the standout aspects of living here is the staff. They are always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cordial. Giannina, in particular, has been a tremendous asset to the management team. She always ensures that residents are comfortable and any issues are promptly addressed. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly make a difference. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
