It’s always a good experience i have coming into the office and being greeted with a smile by Ms. Dara Battle. She is always on top of things. She has definitely made a change for the better. Any issues i have has been taken care of just like that. Thankyou so much for your hospitality, you are the difference

Ms.Wanda has be a very helpful person to help me with assisting me with maintenance issues and any questions I might have had. she even help me with my paperwork. Ms Wanda is an awesome, kind, joyful. Thank you Wanda for all your help 😁

Wanda was amazing. She literally cares about the people in the residence. She will definitely make sure you still follow the rules so regardless, but she really do cares.

*Edit: Dara the new property manager made sure to fix the issue right away. The company was transitioning management so that caused the delay. I’m a new tenant of 7 weeks and I have not had working air or heat this entire time! They did replace the actual HVAC after 23 days, but did not ensure the electrical side works. Now the heat cuts on for exactly 7 minutes and then the fuse goes out. Imagine wanting to simply just have heat and they (corporate) will not return my calls. I even called the corporate number. - Now I will say the leasing office manager Mikaila is phenomenal! She’s the reason I agreed to move in because she does her job WELL. Along with Rick the maintenance man on site, he comes and fixes issues that are in his scope the same day. However, things that need to be escala

Review for Rick (Maintenance at Paragon Park): Rick is truly a man of his word—and his work goes above and beyond that. Every time he's worked on something in our apartment, he's done it thoroughly and with great care. He's always friendly, and respectful.
