Evening (after 4pm) pool staff speak very little English but seem to understand it. The bar lacks a bit on prompt service. One evening while waiting to get some drinks the server is no where to be seen. The food is bland and not much of the selection was available possibly because the cooks went home early. The areas are clean. The pool and lazy river with tubes are relaxing. Arcade area for kids. They have a mini movie theater inside, conference rooms, snack area, indoor dining/seating, popcorn machine, and ice-cream freezers. Bathrooms are clean. Pool area is secure and so are the homes, to prevent drowning. Pool is monitored if there are young children. Convenient access into the community and surrounding grocery stores, restaurants, and sea world entry. Homes are beautiful and elegan

The clubhouse is an excellent space that offers a great mix of comfort, service, and amenities. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff who go out of their way to make sure guests feel taken care of. The team is professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything needed. The bar area is a highlight — well-stocked, beautifully maintained, and staffed by bartenders who are not only skilled but also personable. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a quiet drink or host a casual gathering, the bar offers a relaxing and enjoyable setting. The overall cleanliness of the clubhouse is impressive. Every area, from the lounge spaces to the restrooms, is consistently spotless.

I’ve had a great experience with Antonella Montagner as our property manager. She is incredibly organized, responsive, and always professional. Any time an issue comes up, Antonella addresses it promptly and follows through until it’s resolved. What really stands out is her communication—she keeps residents well-informed and always makes time to listen. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the community and works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. Having someone like Antonella in charge gives me peace of mind as a resident. She’s truly an asset to the property!

Great experience every week. Have stayed in multiple homes and the one consistency are Antonella, Maria, and Fernando. It’s beautifully tucked away next to all of the attractions and any food options you can imagine. Very family friendly and also works nicely for a crew of people working out of town that would rather be home. Very comfortable
