Paradise View & Paradise Point Apartments

Lived here from June 2020-2021. The price is good for what you get. You do not get a full sized stove which was honestly pretty entertaining to cook with. Make you sure run your dishwasher and washer and dryer before fully moving in. Ours flooded our carpet in our closet for months and we didn’t know until it was too late and ruined a ton of items. Property management is fast to fix things and maintenance improved a lot throughout our stay while living there. The only bad thing about this place was the other residents. No one cleans up after their dogs, people leave their trash on their porches, and people are constantly yelling and screaming at each other. Try to get the second floor apartments if you can. Good price for what you get though.

Regardless of other reviews, my experience with this property has been nothing but positive. They have taken care of all repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up. It's quiet. The only problem I have is with other residence that cannot put their trash in the dumpster. They leave it next to the dumpster. Management is very nice to me. I have no issues at all

Lived here for years, management has always been good to us. The community is beautiful and beyond safe. Maintenance requests are always responded to within 24 hours. The grounds are tended regularly, they paint the porches annually, community food drives aswell. Dont let the others fool you, its paradise!

Lived here for two years and don’t plan on leaving. Samantha is awesome and so is maintenance. I do wish updates would follow the rent increases, but other than that it’s a perfect place to call home.

Used to come to this complex a lot to buy...basil....from a guy that lived there. He imported and grew great....basil.... I agree with the other reviewer that said to make sure to clean out lint traps and run dishwasher and stuff like that before you get moved in because the "cleaning fee" that they automatically take from your security deposit no matter what, for sure doesnt go toward any deep cleaning.
